¼ cup | All-purpose Flour

A pinch | Kosher Salt

¼ teaspoon | Vanilla Extract
3 tablespoons | Chocolate Chips
¼ teaspoon | Instant Coffee

Instant coffee is completely optional but enhances the chocolatey flavor!
Use your favorite chocolate chips. I prefer minis!
BAKE
CAKE:
2 tablespoons | Unsalted Butter
¼ cup | Whole Milk
¼ teaspoon | Instant Coffee
¼ cup | All-purpose Flour
2 tablespoons | Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3 tablespoons | Granulated Sugar
¼ teaspoon | Baking Powder
A pinch | Kosher Salt
¼ teaspoon | Vanilla Extract
3 tablespoons | Chocolate Chips
Add butter and milk to microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments until butter is melted. Add instant coffee and mix to dissolve. Set aside.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Add wet mixture and vanilla extract and mix until well combined. Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips and mix to combine.
Pour into coffee mug. Top with tablespoon of chocolate chips and microwave for 90 seconds.
Let slightly cool and eat as is or top with ice cream or whipped cream.
